I was recently a customer at Honest-1 Auto Care Eagan West. The web portal from beginning to end was simple and easy to use. The shop welcomed me at my scheduled time and delivered my vehicle within the indicated time. They did provide a mulit point inspection. Pictures included. Overall I am very satisfied with service provided. I will return.

I took my car in a few days ago to get some service done, and I had made the mistake of booking at the wrong location, but Brandon was able to work me in and get my service done same day. And after looking over the inspection report I saw I had a screw in my tire - not something I want to road trip with! And same as before, Brandon was able to work me in to get a tire patch next day! I really appreciate the dedication to the customer experience that Brandon and the team show, and it makes me feel valued as a customer. Thanks you guys!!!

Tires were super expensive but now it's done & taken care of. Message for a return ride to pick up our car may not have been passed on OR it was passed on but then not followed through. We had to call again when "that requested ride" did not show up. Turns out it just did not get scheduled. They did follow through after that 2nd request & sent a ride. We appreciated the rides that were provided for us.
