I feel Honest-1 Auto Care lived up to its name. I was impressed with their customer service, attention to detail and pricing. I will be going back and will recommend to others.

I had a brake lined replaced by their vw mechanic. The new brake line ended up being bad so I brought my car back in. Shaun, the manager, immediately brought my car in to have it looked at, they decided that it was indeed a faulty hose and ordered a new one. The owner personally gave me a ride home and apologized for my inconvenience. They replaced the brake line again and dropped my car off at my house so I wouldn't be inconvenienced again. All of that at no additional charge. This was my first experience with this honest one. It was great service. I definitely found my new mechanic. Any place can have a bad part sent to them, this place went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn't their fault. Thanks again to Shaun for his helpfulness, courtesy and professionalism.

I am very happy with their commitment to personal service and making the customer feel like your vehicle is special. I had work done on my vehicle at the shop previously there shortly before Honest-1 took over and changed the name. When I had problems with the previous work done, Honest-1 warranted the work and got my vehicle up and running again. They have also done great work on my wife's vehicle! They have a long time customer!

I like the service I've been getting at Honest 1. I was out 15 minutes earlier than expected and I got a straightforward report on the state of my vehicle.

Oil change is normally under 30 bucks. Special today for $16.99. Staff was very nice! I had an appointment for 3.30pm and my car was back for oil change in just two minutes.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were given list of things that needed work, but not pressured into doing them. Would highly recommend them.
