Excellent as always

Honest describes them very well. Had a quote for thousands of dollars from a different mechanic shop where fear was being used as a sales technique and I was a bit suspicious. Honest-1 did no such thing and didn't push unnecessary work. I had a great experience. I told my wife I want us to be more consistent coming back to Honest-1 for our vehicle care!

I could not be happier with the service. I'm usually skeptical of repair shops but this place holds up to its name and I highly recommended it to anyone needing work done. I dropped my 2018 equinox off with a suspected bad alternator right at closing time. The car had an extended warranty with CNA, which can be quite tricky to get warranty companies to pay up or approve repairs. H1A handled everything on my behalf with the warranty company and replaced the alternator before close the next day. It was by far the most streamlined process, hassle free, and friendly service I have ever received. I hope to not need any other repairs, but if I do, I will be back to this awesome shop!

Honest-1 is my favorite place to go for my car repairs. Twice I have gone into a dealership where I was told something was wrong, both times I brought it to Honest-1 and they gave me real honest concrete answers. Brandon and James are both really great to work with, they are flexible and I trust the shop because of the pictures and descriptions they give me after the inspection. Thank you as always!
