Had 2 timing chains replaced and a new starter installed. This was the first time I had used Honest 1 and they are fantastic. They stay in constant communication with you and give frequent updates on the status of the repair work. I worked with Brandon and James and they were awesome. If your female and have had bad experiences getting ripped off on car repairs then I suggest you go to Honest 1.

Listen all I have to say is WOW because this place was amazing. Open communication all the way around from start to finish 5 ⭐ service along with 5 ⭐ customer service hard to find this kind of services anywhere and the hit on both levels. Had a problem with my alternator and my man Brandon was there to help me out all the way around and was even able to save me some money in the process which is another hard thing to do when you are bringing your vehicle in for any service big or small. I will be back for future services as well thank you very much you have a happy and blessed customer here.

I took my car there initially to get an estimate and compare prices for an oil gasket leak. I was surprised at how affordable they were compared to another service center I'd gone to. I decided to have them fix my car that same day and I'm very pleased with them. I'll be utilizing their services from now on.

I am weary of shady places. So this is a relief and a blessing to find.
