I have used Honest1 Eagan West for several years and always appreciate the service they give my vehicle. Brandon & James are wonderful in communicating what the technicians suggest or find on my vehicle and answering any questions I have. I appreciate the link sent to my email/phone showing the steps & process my vehicle is going through so I can get updates. I will continue to use Honest1 Eagan West for my vehicle needs.

They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and they were super honest with me about what absolutely needed to be fixed at the moment and what could possibly wait for a little further down the road as they knew I was on a budget. The services were performed way quicker than I anticipated and I could not be more pleased with my overall experience!

Blew a tire in one of St Paul's wretched potholes. Brandon at Honest-1 was fantastic and got my tire replaced under warranty very quickly. He even got me a Lyft home when I had to drop my car off. Highly recommend!

Did a check up on my car they gave me what’s important to repair and they fixed my car quickly and efficiently, now my cars working again

I brought my car to Honest1 Auto Care due to starting issues. They found my ball joints were so bad and needed to be fixed immediately due to safety issues. They got it all done same day and even provided me a ride back to pick up my car. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them going forward. Thank you!

I brought in a vehicle from a nearby dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. I received a thorough inspection report (with pictures) that put things into layman’s terms. I asked Brandon, the service advisor, for his thoughts and was happy to receive a no BS summary of the state of the vehicle. I’d recommend them for this kind of service, no question.

I don't normally rate but the their bussiness Name matches their work , they had to check my entire vehicle to see what was wrong with it without paying a dime, other places charge you diagnostic. Definitely this shop is my car shop and I recommend 👌 everyone.
