This was my first visit to your establishment. I had read many favorable reviews about Honest-1, so I thought I would try you out. My first impression walking in was how clean and dignified the waiting room area was. The service was great. I have not driven the car much since the work was done, but I feel confident that the service was very good. I also enjoy that you send out texts/emails on the progress of the vehicle during its time in the shop, so I can adjust my schedule to when the vehicle will be done. Thank you.

Really great at keeping you updated at each step of the repair, with relatively quick turnaround. Helpful staff. At first all the loaner cars were being loaned but when one came back they gave it to me to use with no issues.

After an unexpected breakdown, I needed to have my vehicle towed to Honest1 Auto Care Eagan West. They did a full vehicle inspection and sent me a text with the full report. I worked with Brandon on the necessary repairs and they sent me regular updates on the progress. After we agreed on what needed to be done, they got to work on the repairs and replacements right away. The work was done on-time and my SUV is back on the road. They did a great job and I'll be back for regular maintenance.

This place was indeed honest and very effective in troubleshooting a serious front end problem, the staff was very friendly and helpful through entire process.

Had wheel alignment done and they did a excellent job! Called in the morning and they were able to get me in by 3pm and had it done in a timely manner. Will use Honest 1 in the future! Thank you H1 for great service!
