Bought a pre-owned car for my daughter and wanted to get it checked out. Gene did a thorough inspection and evaluation of all major systems. Brandon was incredible at communicating the issues and how best to prioritize which needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. They sent a report with detailed pictures of what was worn/broken/ in need of replacement. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I drive by many, many other shops on my way to Honest One, but I’ll go nowhere else. Thanks for the great service!

Had a car breakdown..we were out of towners. Called them and they got us in right away! Even picked us up in a loaner and let us use it until our van had a final destination. And so friendly and genuine! Would recommend to anyone!

Was feeling ill,so I called and asked Brandon if he would be willing to finish installing my side steps before we left on a weekend trip. I've said it time and time again. These guys have always taken great care of me.
