Had issues with a flat tire, and some loose lug nuts from trying to change the tire myself. They were incredibly helpful and very courteous!

I had a serous electrical issue with my 10 year old vehicle. The wiring harness was shot and when they checked with Acura for the part found that it was backordered - and I was number 671 on the list!! Faced with the prospect of a vehicle I could not drive for weeks or months, the great folks at Honest One West rewired 25 wires from scratch and made the right connnections to get my vehicle working properly again. It is so nice to have a shop that is convenient, trustworthy and does not pressure me to do "extra" work. They really went above and beyond on this one and I am very appreciative.
