I had an urgent situation and James was able to help me right away. I have been dealing with the same people there for years (Carlos and Brandon too) and I always have a great experience. I was worried the car would be in the shop for the whole weekend or longer but I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thank you!

Brandon at Honest 1 Auto Care Eagan West diagnosed my Mini Countryman. I thought it was ailing from the cold as I just moved from CA. It turned out to be the transmission cooling fan.
