First time customer. Very friendly staff, reasonable price, good knowledge & workmanship on my BMW X5. I love the detail online inspection and progress report while the car is being worked on. Will be bringing the car back in a couple weeks for a follow up inspection.

Great memories and experiences from this particular auto shop. There's a great respect and recognition for every customer and their preferences. Also, there's a very high degree of trust and integrity which I've built over the years with the management of this store because of their exemplary care and passion for their customers.

Honest 1 of Eagan was very impressive, first off the waiting area is clean and welcoming. The staff were quick to get every question answered in a matter that is easily understood. I had my engine light come on and the inspection was very impressive and thorough. I got detailed information regarding that inspection in writing via text link including pictures and explanation of why it could wait or why it's critical. They fixed my leaks, but missed one in the top of the radiator, so replaced it at no cost due to their warranty on their work. All in all it was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to expensive repairs. I'd recommend them to anyone. A big shout out to Brandon and the staff at Honest 1 in Eagan.

I had an appointment to change my power steering pump. They did an inspection before we got started and found that I also needed hoses and a rack and piston. They were open about the process and were even able to send pictures of the inspection to my phone. Not only that but they actually let me walk under the vehicle and they showed me the issues they found that weren't related to the power steering. I'm amazed that an inspection of this level was no cost to me and that they were so detailed with it. Brandon at the front was very knowledgeable and professional. The only down fall is that they are pricier than other mechanic shops ive been to. I ended up going with another place for about half the price. However ,I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional auto shop.

Brandon and the other techs were quick and easy to work with. They provided great communication throughout the whole process and was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how much repairs would cost.

Very impressed with my experience at Honest1. Brandon was very helpful and worked to to find parts that would fit my budget. Even though I ultimately had to take my vehicle to another shop for more specialized exhaust work, I will definitely be returning to Honest1 for future service and repairs.
