I've had a few years experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. They have always been courteous and helpful. They have been quick to get my vehicle in for service, and always done service honestly and correctly based on their diagnosis and estimate. When I had problems with my air-conditioner the past two years, they did their best to diagnose the problem, and even gave me a free re-charge based on their 1 year warranty on their repair. When they finally fixed my ongoing problem, they gave me a loaner car to use for the duration of their service. As far as I'm concerned, they are one of the best!

Excellent repair shop. Called and spoke with Brandon when my car left me stranded in town. Brandon advised me to call my insurance and check if I had road side assistance instead of paying for a tow. Thankfully, I had road side assistance and saved me $100. Honest One even had someone stay late so I could get a loaner to go home. Honest One looked at my car the next day and fixed the problem and got me back on the road. These guys are the best.

Excellent customer service, timely and prompt services and most importantly, experienced team of technicians. Would definitely recommend my friends and family members to use Honest- 1 Auto Care.

Guys did a great job of getting my V6 (that was only running on 4 cylinders) running like new again.

Friendly staff that seemed knowledgeable at the 77 and diffley location. I had a poor experience at the hwy 3 and diffley location so I decided to try a new location out and glad I did. anticipate going to 77 and diffley from now on.

I highly recommend! I have been there three times and every time they have offered a loaner car or a ride home if they needed to keep the vehicle. They have been completely open and honest about the repairs that have been needed and do everything they can to keep costs manageable. The last issue ended up being road gravel in my brake pads. I fully expected that I needed new brakes and even mentioned that on intake but I drove away with my brakes sounding great and no charge. This group of people really live up to their name!!
