Honest1 was amazing start to finish! They had the correct diagnosis and were well under the other estimate I had at another shop. They additionally identified one MAJOR problem I had with my rear shocks that I already knew about that the other shop completely missed! Their estimates were great and the car was done in a very timely manner! They are professional, genuine, and most importantly, honest. I will always take my vehicle back here!

Had a great experience! Simple oil change. Some smaller things recommended to change, but those weren't charged for labor, only parts. Waiting area is nice. I've had to wait on two occasions, and it's nice to have wi-fi and coffee! Customer Service and representatives (staff) extremely friendly. I plan on returning for my next few maintenance needs. Great manager too! Friendly, courteous, not pushy at all, and helpful in answering questions about cars. I appreciated that so much.
