I was blown away by the above and beyond customer service given to me by Brandon and also the service of Derek. However I can’t say enough good things about this location and or Brandon! I am disabled and I have a Brain injury, so when it come to fixing my vehicle I needed to go to a place that I could trust and be treated fairly. Brandon went so above and beyond to make sure that not only I was treated like family, that my concerns about my truck were fixed very promptly and the work was done correctly. I would highly , highly recommend H1 Honest Auto repair to any and everyone I know or meet looking for a 5 star repair shop! I love this place and the way they treat me and all of my family’s vehicles! Do yourself a favor and go here for all of your automotive needs! Ask for a Brandon, you’ll be very happy you did! Let me tell you, I will be bringing my car in to this shop from now on out. It is not too far from my house so I decided to give them a go. I was nervous because I had to bring my children and the toy selection (if any) is usually sparse in auto shops. Honest 1 Auto has a TV, DVDs, iPADs, toys, books, chalk, snacks, and of course coffee. So that right away was impressive. The staff was extremely nice and was not 'pushy' when it came to the services. Pricing is more than fair. They even left a treat and note thanking me for my service in my car. They more than impressed me and the customer service is just superb.
