My air conditioner has been going out every year. I brought it to A1 and told them what had been going on. They explained what might be happening, and quoted me a price. I didn't have a ride home, so they gave me one. They called me when it was done. The price they quoted me was accurate. And, I have had no problems with the a/c ever since.

The team at Honest-1 was great! They worked with me and was able to get my van repaired (I had no a/c) before the really hot weekend. They kept me up to date on the repairs and my van is now a "cool" ride. Thanks! Moving forward, you guys are my shop.

Live close to here but had never been before-partly because I was committed to a service agreement on a new car. Was done with that and frustrated trying to schedule to get my car in so called and these guys got me right in-for oil change and other service. They took great care of my car-fixed some extra problems I hadn't noticed and squeezed me in a 2nd day when I noticed a headlight out. Love all the extra touches-like a flower in the vent and the pretzel thank you-also a car wash-but forgot to get there in time to use. Have gone back 2 times now and will keep going back!

Brought my truck in in the morning and had repairs completed by the end of the work day. I felt I was treated exceptionally well by staff, as if I were the only customer they'd had all day. Reasonable pricing. I don't plan on suggesting any other repair shop after my experience here. Very impressed

I am SO impressed. Two days ago I had brought my car to the dealership for routine maintenance. Honest 1 discovered that the dealership had not replaced the fuel filter, which the owner's manual said should have been done. They also fixed the air conditioning, which the dealership said they were too busy to do and probably was OK. I am switching to Honest 1 for my car service!

Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. Ye t I had front brakes done in September, 9,000 miles ago and am having them redone now because they are warped and the car shakes when I brake. There is still lots of pad on the brakes and they are worn evenly but they are warped and the car shakes.

I have been servicing an oil change since 4 years. First with my toyota camry 94 and now my honda. I really like the service. Overall everything about this place is great. highly recommend to everyone.
